1. Orders & Availability
All orders placed are subject to product availability and acceptance. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
2. Product Representation
We make every effort to ensure our product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and device settings. If you need clarification before purchase, feel free to contact us.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns strictly for exchange only.
- Any concerns with your order must be raised within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original condition.
- Exchanges can only be made for a different size, color, or a different item of equal value (based on availability).
- Delivery fees for returns and re-delivery will be borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is out of stock and no suitable exchange
4. Delivery Information
We offer delivery across Kenya.
- Nairobi deliveries: Kshs. 300 (standard flat rate)
- Delivery fees outside Nairobi are calculated based on location and courier rates.
- Orders are dispatched upon confirmation of payment. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within Nairobi and 2-5 working days for other regions.
5. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, it may not be canceled. If you made an error while ordering, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist.
6. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared on our platform is strictly for order processing, customer support, and marketing communications (with your consent). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
